1. Can I withdraw from this event and will I get refunded?​​​

Ans: Yes, you may withdraw from this event anytime after you registered, but full refund will only be given for any withdrawal request made before 1 August 2021.

 

2. Will I get refund if I registered but did not attend the conference on the day?

Ans: Sorry, we are unable to perform any refund for any last minute withdrawal or absent.

3. How to withdraw from this event?

4. Can I convert my virtual pass to in-person pass?

Ans: Yes, for any changes made to conference pass please email us at gtacs@getrealevents.com

 

5. I am an ISACA member, will I get CPE points for this conference?

Ans: Yes, we will be awarding 8 CPE points for attending the full conference (1 CPE point per hour)

 

6. I went for Track 1 of the afternoon session; will I be able to watch Track 2 recorded session after the event?

​

Ans: Yes, the whole GTACS 2021 will be recorded and shared with participants after the event.

 

7. How do I register as a group or as a company?
